As bullion dealers, we understand that they are many questions you may have about our processes, prices, and just how everything works. 1. How are your bullion items priced?

A bullion value is determined by the current market “spot” price plus a premium.

2. How does shipping work?

For shipping, we only ship within Canada and the United States. For Canada, you have the option of having your order shipped with Canada Post, Purolator and FedEx. For the states, we ship using XpressPost USA. All items are shipped expressed, and we offer free shipping to orders over $2,500. 3. Are my orders insured when shipped?

All items are 100% insured and a signature is required upon delivery.

4. How long will my order take?

Normally, orders take 10 - 15 business days after your payment has been cleared to be shipped. In store sales and our free store pick up also take 10 - 15 business days.

5. What forms of payment do you take?

We accept bill payments, wire transfers, interac e-transfer, cheques, credit cards and PayPal. There is a small fee for credit card payments, PayPal and wire transfers. For faster shipping we recommend doing a bill payment or an e-transfer. For more information, check out our "Payment Options" page.

6. What is my account number?

Your account number is the 5-digit number you receive once you have signed up as a customer. Your order number is the 10-digit number starting with “239”.

7. What does the different statuses mean?

The different status of your order lets you know the process of your order. The different statuses are; pending/waiting for payment to clear, in process/ processing, on hold, complete/shipped.

Pending/ waiting for payment to clear: This means we are waiting for your payment to be cleared. Once your payment has been cleared, we start processing your order.

In Process/ Processing: This means we have received your payment and have started processing your order.

On Hold: This means your order is ready, but not being shipped. Usually this happens when a customer ask us to ship their products on a certain date, or if we are still waiting for payment. We suggest calling us at 416-214-4299 or toll free at 866-901-0600, if you see the status of your order change to “On Hold”.

Complete/Shipped: This means your order is completed and has been shipped or picked up. Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email notification with your tracking number. If you choose “Free Store Pick Up” you will receive a phone call and email notifying you that your order is ready.

8. Do you offer storage?

We do offer storage with a low fee of 5 basis points (.5%/year). All items are insured and protected against theft, damage and physical lost. For more information check out our "Storage" page.

9. How do I sell my precious metals to you?

If you would like to sell your precious metals back to us please call our account executive at 1-866-901-0600. We only buy back bullion items with a purity of 999% that are still in good condition.
